For the Life of Us
By: Father Nature

Spiders flicker in moonlight that candles never learned
I knew how to listen before they ever burned
Verbose villains victimize seven semanites
Asking broken questions that look back with seven eyes

Rippled Revolvers revel in reading red rumours
Void vermacula sixteen dollars and seventy odd cents
Crippled aristocrats status slips sordid on the floor
Friends desert like peacemakers when they learn the art of war

Wonder when the wedlock weeps a prison made of ticks
If you look away the taste is sweet, to make a meal of bricks
Silver women swim in sugared secret sea of sleep
A cup filled to the brim, with curves the price is steep

I sit in shackled silence, wait for a bell that never rings
A stomach burns an hourglass for the gloom sick nothings bring
Ancient anamored anmities allure eight flowers bloom
Numbers kills the birds and trees in a loveless, lifeless womb
